On logging to the site you are presented with the home page, called also known as the Dashboard. The Dashboard displays all of your favourite spaces (i.e. spaces you have marked as your favourite), as shown below.
If you have not got any favourite spaces or you want to see a list of all the Spaces spaces in the website that are available to you and a few different lists of the most recently updated content, as shown below.you, you can do this by clicking on 'All' next to 'My Spaces' in the Left Hand pane. To mark a space as a favourite click on the star shown on the right hand side of its entry in the Space Directory.
You can go to the Dashboard from anywhere in the website by choosing the Fujitsu logo at the very top left of the page.
A list of all the Spaces in the website that are available to you is also displayed under can also be accessed through the Space Directory. You can go to the Space Directory by choosing the Spaces at the very top left of the page next to the Fujitsu logo .
and clicking on Space Directory.
As new versions of VME documentation are published, the previous versions of the spaces are archived.
You can view previous versions of VME documentation spaces from Space Directory by clicking on Archived Spaces on the Left Hand pane.
Similarly, you can view the latest version of available spaces by clicking on Site Spaces on the Left Hand pane.
You can view the content in a Space by clicking on that Space. On clicking on a Space, you are presented with a screen with 2 panes as shown below.
The Left Hand pane allows navigation through the knowledge base through a hierarchical Table of Contents. Clicking on the > (arrow) expands the list in the Table of Contents.
The Right Hand pane displays the content of the selected page.
Searching Content
There is search box at the top right of the screen on the top bar which allows you to search for content.
When you are in a particular space, it allows you to search for content in that space.
When you are in the home page (i.e. the Dashboard) or the Space Directory, it allows you to search for content anywhere in the site.
Collaboration
You can collaborate on this website by using the commenting facility.
Please note that when you collaborate on this website you agree to Fujitsu's Terms and Conditions, VME Documentation Acceptable Use Statement, VME Documentation Privacy Statement and Cookie Statement.
Comments can be added to a page, for example to provide feedback or improvement suggestions on the content of a page, to highlight errors, inconsistencies, missing information or to ask for further clarification on the content of a page. You can also reply to any existing comments, thus starting or adding to a conversation thread. The reply may provide an answer to a query, ask for further clarification, ask further questions, etc.
Once a comment has been added it can only be edited by the author of that comment.

Comments are attributable to the author of the comment by their name.
Comments will be visible to and can be responded to by any authorised user who has access to the page. This can be a different VME customer to yourselves or a Fujitsu employee.
Formal responses from Fujitsu are identifiable through the ‘Fujitsu’ username.
Comments will be moderated manually by authorised Fujitsu Moderators and reasonable steps will be taken to remove any inappropriate or offensive comments. Please see VME Documentation Acceptable Use for terms and conditions on Interactive use of the website.
Comments cannot be deleted unless as direct result of moderation and can only be deleted by authorised Fujitsu Moderators.
Profile Detail
Each user of the site has a user profile. You can if you wish update your profile as long as it is in compliance with the VME Documentation Acceptable Use Statement.
Please note that your profile details can be visible to other users within the system, though your email address will be hidden to other users.
Password Setting
You are recommended to set a strong password.
If you forget your password, you can request for it to be reset using the ‘Forgot your password’ link provided on the Log on screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to request password to be reset. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
