The content (i.e. documentation) in this website is organised into Spaces.
On logging to the site you are presented with the home page, called the Dashboard. The Dashboard displays a list of all the Spaces in the website that are available to you and a few different lists of the most recently updated content, as shown below.
Add screen print.
You can go to the Dashboard from anywhere in the website by choosing the Fujitsu logo at the top left of the page.
You can view the content in a Space by clicking on that Space. On clicking on a Space, you are presented with a screen with 2 panes as shown below.
Add screen print.
The Left Hand pane allows navigation through the knowledge base through a hierarchical Table of Contents. Clicking on the > (arrow) expands the list in the Table of Contents. At the top of the Left Hand pane, there is also a search box which allows you to search for content within that Space.
The Right Hand pane displays the content of the selected page.
Searching Content
In a Space, at the top of the Left Hand pane where the Table of Contents is displayed, there is a Search box which allows you to search for content within that Space.
There is another search box at the top right of the screen on the top bar which allows you to search for content in the site or in a space within the site.
Each user of the site has a user profile. You can if you wish update your profile as long as it is in compliance with the VME Documentation Acceptable Use Statement.

If you forget your password, you can request for it to be reset using the ‘Forgot your password’ link provided on the Log on screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to request password to be reset. An email will be sent to you, titled ‘[confluence] Account password’ with a link to reset your password.
If the email does not arrive, please contact the VME Documentation Administrator at vme.support@uk.fujitsu.com.
